Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In the event that you must cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you must contact me directly at lowmaintenancemanes@gmail.com and there will be a $150 fee that will be due prior to booking a future appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

If you’re running late, please know I will do my best to accommodate you, however if you are running more than 10 minutes late you may receive a shorted, modified or cancelation of services while being responsible for paying the full amount of services booked.

Additional Guests

I love your children, but due to safety concerns and limited time and space, I kindly ask you not to bring your children to your appointment. If you are without childcare during the time of your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule outside of the 48 hours cancelation policy window. The salon can be a dangerous place for little ones with presence of chemicals and hot tools. Bringing children to your appointment can also interfere with our time together, hindering us from being able to achieve your hair goals in our reserved amount of time. This policy ensures that you and the rest of our guests have a relaxing experience at our salon and is made with your child's safety in mind.

Services Guarantee & Client Satisfaction

I am committed to providing the best service to my ability and highest level of satisfaction for my guests. If you are having any challenges with your hair or are unhappy with results after our appointment together, simply e-mail lowmaintenancemanes@gmail.com within 5 days of your visit and I will be happy to assist you with an adjustment to any reasonable issue (based upon the original and agreed upon consultation - changing ones mind does not fall under guaranteed services). I can only guarantee results of my work as long as you are using professional hair care maintenance and styling products purchased from or approved by me.

Privacy Policy

All data gathered on the Digital Consultation Form is for sole use of Low Maintenance Manes and will not be used by, or sold to, any third party companies. All information gathered is used exclusively for the purpose of providing the customer the highest quality service and will not be used for any other purpose.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
